Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start of the respective charter will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 72 - 24 hours prior to charter start will be refunded 50% and will forfeit 50% of total cost. Windy City Wake reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions/uncontrollable circumstances.  All CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS of the scheduled start time for the charter WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and full-cost will be forfeited.
