Head over to our "services" page and select a full or half-day, then select your date and time, then fill out the booking form. A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your charter date and time. Once the deposit is received, you'll see a confirmation page. As soon as your booking is approved (within 24 hours) an email will be sent to the address you provided containing all remaing payment and other important information for your charter.

Yes! All of our bookings are automatically assigned to one of our USCG certified captains and included as part of the rate.

Groups of 10-12 are the largest we recommend as 15 people is the max our watercraft comfortably fit.

All bookings and rates include the following: Certified local captains to be your event planner Fuel and launch times Bluetooth interior/tower sound system 15' inflatable playpad (floating raft) Life jackets and all USCG safety equipment Full charter insurance

Items we recommend bringing on all charters: Water & Cooler w/Ice Sunscreen Sunglasses Towels Swimsuits Protective layers (from sun and spray) No glass containers

Yes! We are happy to do evening charters and other special arrangements for weddings, photoshoots, corporate events, etc. For any request outside of our half or full-day charters, please email us directly at windycitywake@gmail.com

Cancellations and made at least 72 hours before the start of the respective charter will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 72 – 24 hours prior to charter start will be refunded 50% and will forfeit 50% of total cost. All CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS of the scheduled start time for the charter WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and full-cost will be forfeited. Charters can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the start of the booking. All requests tp reschedule made less than 72 hours before the booking start time are subject to the cancellation policy listed above. Windy City Wake reserves the right to cancel/reschedule due to weather conditions and uncontrollable circumstances.
